Returns

Received a product you're not happy about? No worries! Kanushi's got your back. We understand your concerns, which is why we offer a hassle-free 7-day return or exchange policy. Unfortunately, after 7 calendar days from delivery, this option isn't available. 

To initiate a return, make sure your item is in its original, unused condition, with all packaging and tags intact. Please note, certain situations may result in partial refunds, such as items not in their original condition or damaged due to mishandling. 

Please note that jewellery items are non-returnable. However, in special circumstances, such as receiving a damaged product, reach out to us with an unpacking video.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and check your return, our team will send you an email confirmation. Once approved, your refund will be processed, credited back to your original payment method or Kanushi account.

Please note, reverse pickup and cash on delivery charges will be deducted from your refund. Allow up to two weeks from the refund initiation date for processing.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, start by checking your bank account. 

Then, reach out to your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to reflect.

Next, contact your bank, as there may be a processing time on their end.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only offer replacements for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange your item for the same reason, please reach out to us via email at Kanushi.com."

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we'll issue a gift certificate to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we'll issue a refund to the gift giver and they'll receive all the updates.

Please note that you'll be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping and cash on delivery charges are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

Please note that processing times may differ based on your location. We try to deliver your products in 8-10 days at doorstep.
